Sharing emotions with the people around you is a cornerstone of authenticity. but it's easier said than done (especially in a culture which unfairly praises apparent objectivity), and much easier said than done ethically.

This week we look at all the benefits of that emotional content, the myth of the neutral “logical” position, and how to engage that content as ethically as possible.
